School Nutrition Innovation is all about making connections to grow your network and build relationships.  When it comes to networking, we mean business! We’ve built in events and innovation programming to help you reconnect with friends and colleagues and meet new ones. 

What to expect: General Sessions and Educational Sessions. Speed Networking and Networking activities to allow the strengthening relationships between Industry Partner and Food Service members.

Cancellation Policy: There will be a $100 processing fee for each refund request for canceled registrations and/or Speed Networking Host submitted in writing on or before April 11, 2025. You may submit your cancellation request via email to: [email protected].  After this date, NYSNA will not give refunds for cancellations or for NO-SHOWS.

Payments: Payment in full must be received thirty (30) days prior to the event start date. If payment is not received thirty (30) days prior to the event start date , you will be notified and your registration will be canceled.

As a Speed Networking Host, you’ll move around the room, joining small groups of school food service professionals. This is a fast-paced, interactive networking opportunity—not a food show, not a trade show, and not a sit-and-wait event.

  What You’ll Do:

  • Rotate between groups, sharing insights about your products and services.
  • Answer questions, gather feedback, and build connections.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations that can generate real leads.

 What You WON’T Do:

  • No tables. No booths.  No Food.
  • No passive participation. You’ll be moving and interacting throughout the session.
  • No product demos. This is about discussions, not stationary displays.

  • Structured Format: Sponsors rotate to different groups rather than waiting for attendees to approach them.
  • Registration Required: You must be a registered Industry Partner to participate.
